overtime and multiple routes

have a pm who is claiming that i wont get overtime pay if i work multiple routes. is this true? and how do i know when or if im going into overtime when working three different routes?

Omg don’t listen to any of this nonsense. Total BS. If a managers lips are moving, it’s all lies. I had same situation when I was an rca working aux every day as my primary assignment, and I was a dual appointment at night on tour 3 running dps and the flat sorting machines. Arrogant plant HR mgr said no hours in either assignment that weren’t over 40 wuokdnt produce OT. Said fine, let me call your boss to verify. Boom, his story changed 10 min later. These losers are idiots on a power trip.

MAKE COPIES OF YOUR GREEN CARDS AND ANY 4240 YOU SIGN IN ON, IF THEY REFUSE TO LET YOU CALL THEIR BOSS,

YOUR WORD, WITNESS STATEMENTS FROM THE CLERKS, YOUR FELLOW CARRIERS, THE CUSTODIAN, HIGHWAY CONTRACT EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS WILL BE IGNORED AS UNSUBSTANTIATED EVIDENCE.... RCAs get overtime as soon as they WORK 40 hours regardless of what routes or if assisting with parcel runs. Under 40 actual hours will pay only the “green card” time plus the Evaluation of the routes that you did work.
