Overtime question

When the low seniority regular carrier is made to work their off day (Saturday) and they take a day off the following week, do they still get time and a half for working their off day? I know they do if they don’t take a day through the week but not sure if they do with the day off? TIA

If they did DACA R then basically they just switch the day off for no overtime pay. If they did DACA 3 then they basically get the overtime pay by getting 50% for working the K day plus 100% x day on the actual day off.
