Overtime Xmas week

If I go 4 hours over evaluation Monday and Tuesday this week and have leave the rest of the week do I get overtime or do my days off and Xmas not count as evaluation?

Paid leave will count as a full day's work for overtime calculations during Christmas OT period. Unpaid leave will count as 0 hours.

From the knowledgebase, in relation to policies surrounding the Christmas period.

Is your R5 included as overtime hours as well 🤔 I’m still a little confused on mines as well I’m a 42k worked 47hrs wk1 but only got my r5 pay

Guess we’re all wrong in my district including manger’s, supervisors, senior carriers it’s always been known to us as r5 🤷🏼‍♀️ thanks for the helpful answer hun
well, according to the contract...

yep, you are all wrong.

:)

to answer your question:

during the Christmas (no)OT period, anything over your evaluation is paid as OT. if you work your relief day, you are already paid OT and/or an X day, so that is not added on to your Christmas OT.

hope that clears up your confusion.

Yes, thanks clearing up that up

There is no such thing as R5 pay. The options for relief day work are R, 3, 5. that's it no combinations!
R5 is the same as DACA 5. A lot of offices here call it R, R3, & R5 instead of DACA R, DACA 3, & DACA 5. It’s easier to write & is more noticeable.

If you want to get technical, the codes changed in 2024 to 064, 038, & 037. JS
