Looking for some answers. 4 weeks ago I finally won my step 2 grievance that was filed in January.
It is for backpay from August 2025-May 26. My PM coded me wrong that whole time so my daily rate was below what I should have been frozen at my DOI.
(I was approved Work comp & I did tell him my pay was wrong)
Anyways to make this short, my PM is always busy or too shorthand to go thru and enter in my correct time as the step 2 directs him too.
I have contacted my ADR, again waiting.
This is coming up on a year. Can I file a non-compliance? Or what are my options to enforce this Step 2?
