and im afraid i cant really do anything about it. Pm is about to retire. Its no secret that i am not pm s favorite carrier. Per a friendly clerk, pm is lobbying against another friendly clerk in the office for oic. Also is bad mouthing me to all potential oics. I apparently am a problem carrier. I have tried to just do my job and go home for the last 5 years. but somehow every thing is twisted about how Im the bad one. I just cant comprehend why someone would try to drag this on right into retirement. I coincidentally, am the only carrier in the office who actually knows the rules.

Wait it out, but if opportunity shows itself, take it ie: my former fired pm "I want him fired before I retire". It had set up the clerk to take over OIC/PM when that day had come, and it's pet RCA to get my route. Opportunity struck and all 3 are now gone.
