Not for me, Then do this under end of shift time. It adds evaluation time to the route, unlike PM casing. The PM said no more PM casing, your just following orders.I returned to the office from street delivery, finished all my EOS duties, started to case the Save Mailers under PMCASING, and then the supervisor came around to tell me the PM said there will be no more PMCASING.
Is this grounds for a grievance?
You can say that again. The irony is that our management team’s philosophy seems to be: “I want you to finish the job before you start.”I really don’t understand why the bean counters get bent out of shape for getting a jump on the next day and/or clocking in before “it’s time”
i like the cut of your jib.Not for me, Then do this under end of shift time. It adds evaluation time to the route, unlike PM casing. The PM said no more PM casing, your just following orders.
Thanks, but I don’t think that’s an EOS duty. Not for me, Then do this under end of shift time. It adds evaluation time to the route, unlike PM casing. The PM said no more PM casing, you’re just following orders.
haha. I take a leaf blower to my Metris also! I do it under load time instead of EOS. Same dif tho!!Yea I always do my labels, full coverages etc. under return to du (end of shift time), so I can pad that time. I'm out in the sticks so I don't have management complaining. Even when i clean my truck with my leaf blower its end of shift time.
You might have to explain that to the non-Navy inducted individualsi like the cut of your jib.
Good for you man ! I was gonna say the same but held my tongue. PMCASING does hold the RRECS credit but it does nothing to curb 2080 issueUnfortunately, it is mgmt’s choice of allowing PMCasing or not of Next-Day mailings.
If mgmt allows some carriers & not all & time is not an issue, that could be a Disparity grievance.
If the whole office is not being allowed then there’s no grievance.
