In my office the senior RCA has over 25 years.... our newest Reg, had over 25 years as a RCA also....

So, just to paint a better picture of what is out there for the RCA'S.... let's vote and see what we get.... thanks for playing.... (y)

We have rcas with over 20 years but its by choice. Most going regular in the last 2 years are at 10 years. Its going faster the more people bail. In the next 2 years it will probably be down to 4 year waits. A few rcas have told me they are not going regular because they dont believe the usps business model is viable. They suspect it will be contract type delivery. Not sure where they are getting their formulation facts other than being immigrants from countries with contract type delivery themselves. But very few are seeing any type of long term potential here. I think the usps has potential to be amazing if we could kick out the turkeys from the eagles nest.

And unfortunately that will probably never happen. All the stupid decisions of USPS bother me but then I see craft people who also seem to want to take the service down no matter what the cost. This whole Covid thing is a perfect example. People are taking advantage of it in any way they can.
