The letter identifies increasing USPS’ borrowing authority, providing flexibility in USPS’ investments, and ending the current unfair CSRS liability allocation as key pillars in any package.
 
All these unions taking the opportunity to just agree to USPS requests and ask Congress to give in; while they could have taken this moment to provide unified ideas on what USPS can do, protect themselves, and get Congress to be reminded of the bills that would help craft employees. Joke organizations, all of them.
