All -- I wonder if he mentioned the billions spent on the flat sorting machines and the buildings needed to house them - just as companies were going to e-zines. Or the billions spent on electric delivery vans or the NGDV which has wheels falling off already - and which is way behind of getting out to the mail routes. He might have highlighted the RRECS compensation system which took 10+ years to implement and is still being tweaked. At least it has served its purpose for the USPS as some 66% of rural carriers have had their hours ( hence pay ) reduced! He might have pointed out that the previous PMG got the trucks to leave the plant on time -- whether there was mail on them or not! Or how the reduced delivery standards are not being met.
