PTF routes assigned

Hello!
I and another RCA were assigned routes before we bid on two PTF positions that were created in our office. We were both assigned three routes. Our office has 7 K routes, 2 H routes, 1J, and a Two-hour Aux. The other PTF and I are the only RCA's in the office.
The regular carriers are wanting more subs (understandably). One in particular is trying to is trying to get me knocked off her route as a leave replacement because she wants her own sub without sharing with two other routes. As PTF, I am only guaranteed the hours from K-days on these routes, not responsible for entire vacations assuming that there are other subs to help cover.
Am I correct in this? Also, can management kick me off one route and bring me down to 2 as PTF?

Rebecka -- Manglement assigns K routes to PTF's and PTF's are guaranteed the evaluation of the assigned routes.

-- Manglement can take a route off of a PTF's "string, but in your case would be hard to justify with 2 PTF's covering 6 K routes as well as the AUX and other routes when regulars need to be off.

-- The K route carrier who wants her own "personal" sub better start beating the bushes to get someone to the in the hiring line to become a sub as well as the other regulars.

-- Article 30.2.O in part: A part-time flexible rural carrier is only entitled, on a weekly basis, to a combination of leave and evaluated hours equal to the total of one day's evaluation of each of the assigned primary routes.

-- Unless manglement can get RCA's from near by office to help, you two PTF's will be covering for any regular who takes leave. Which could be tricky if regulars have overlapping leave periods.

I'm not sure what a " formula office" is.

However, yes we are an Amazon Sunday hub. Grrrr.

The relief days are arranged so that there are no more than two regulars off on any given day. We can cover all this with Two PTF RCAs until regulars call in sick or vacations come up. We split the Aux route between us most days. We both work 55-60 hours each week.

Believe me, we would love to have a couple more reliable subs and wish we could find ARCs for Amazon.

I just don't want to get kicked down to 2 routes.
