been on aux since last count ,for some reason my regular route shows up as vacant,but i chose the 5/1 option .all of a sudden the regular on the route put in for a sub saying her rt is vacant but for almost 3 years she had no problem with it until i went to the p.m about her never taking out the box holders and leaving them for me to do.it has to be a mistake because i choose the 5/1 option do i have any recorse been the sub on that rt for 17 years.

If you are doing the 5 and 1, you CAN change to 6 and 0. Article 30 . 4 . A .
a. An employee serving the auxiliary route and
serving on the assigned regular route as the primary
leave replacement may subsequently elect
to serve the auxiliary route six days, if mutually
agreeable between the carrier and the installation
head. Upon this election, Article 30.2.G.1.b. will
apply.
There is also language to allow you to go from 6/0 to 5/1. Now, I wouldn't be going back and forth every other month but you can change. Also, where it says "carrier", that would be YOU and NOT the regular carrier. So, as long as it is okay between you and your OIC or PM, you are good to go.

17 years on that route as a sub?

What do your form 50s say?
What rank are you as a sub? (17 years has to have you close to top)
Do you have a full complement of subs?

Ummm you should be compensated on a green card for any mail that is rolled on you just like the regular would be. Your PM will start making her run her mail when they see them paying you extra to do it.

she put in a 120 demand last week,we are not a formula office my form 50 say 5/1 yes 17 long years and will never make regular i'm 61 years old and this job is getting harder everday.
we have another sub who has 20 years she's 65 will be retiring soon
i'm senior sub that's why i got the aux rt.

Since your senior sub, and she now says she has no sub, request it as your "1"
Is that the route you have been running as your "1" for years? If manglement now says it isn't grieve for benefits for not running the aux any time you ran that route.
Her only ploy to retaliate would be staying out for an extended period and force you to give up either the aux, or that route as your primary.
