I was told today by my postmaster that it is okay for an RCA to work and load off the clock if it is an Aux route. Anyone else been fed this BS?
What part of that sounds legal??????
That was my reply to him. He assured me that it was all fine. Will the union do anything if I contact them? This is the 4th conversation I’ve had with this PM about the same issue. That's not at all accurate. In fact, it is illegal.
Check out the attachments in my above post #2. They are two different citations. That was my reply to him. He assured me that it was all fine. Will the union do anything if I contact them? This is the 4th conversation I’ve had with this PM about the same issue.

Ask him what happens if someone gets hurt working OFF the clockThat was my reply to him. He assured me that it was all fine. Will the union do anything if I contact them? This is the 4th conversation I’ve had with this PM about the same issue.
We all know that the p.m will claim they told them not to and that will be that. Management lies all the time and projects that ish on us as their justification for knowing that we lie. We must lie cheat and steal to wind up ahead because they are lying, cheating, and stealing to keep us down.Ask him what happens if someone gets hurt working OFF the clock?
