RCA 1 year continuous service for career

I was an rca for over a year in 2 different offices an moved to a new office recently. More growth an career turns are less than 1 year here. Does my years as an rca count towards the 1 year continuous service or do you start over each time?

your seniority starts over, unless po made you move.... so if moved in and 6 rca's were already there, you be #7... if a district wide bid opens then all your time counts...
but, to answer ?, your probation didn't start over, you can bid on day 1 in new office...

Your time in does count. If the Senior RCAs are all under 1 year of Service & a PTF or route (if no PTFs) comes up for Bid, you would jump them since 1 year is required.

Your years as RCA give you seniority in an office, and PTFs out rank you no matter how many years they have. A PTF will granted a bid before an RCA.

But every office move puts you at bottom of the seniority list for that office.
