-- Unfortunately, she has given manglement her "demonstrated ability" of 39 hours on that route in 6 days. It will not matter later on if the route gets hammered by parcels, etc. All they will see is that the RCA did the route in 39 hours. So any other carrier should be able to do it in the same amount of time.
-- Sure, getting the evaluated pay is nice, but has set a bad precedence!
-- With the regular on leave, she is entitled to the route's evaluation.
