I am sitting looking at my 1095-B. It has who you work for, who the issuer of your insurance is and who is covered under your policy. It has been around a couple years to prove for Obama care purposes if you have insurance or if you will pay the penalty for not having insurance. If you are unaware of what insurance you have look at part 111 of the 1095-B.

Your 1095 b should indicate which months you were covered. Sooo-did you enroll for health insurance? If your tax preparer is a CPA, they know the laws and will sign the bottom of your tax return as the preparer. Trust their input if that is what you are paying them to do. If not, the odds are in your favor that you won't be audited.
