I was texted this morning at 6:10 am to work. Then she called me at 6:26 am, I was sleep didn’t hear my phone. I texted back at 7:00 am and said I can work, the stupidvisor ? then says she has moved on to the next person in line. Can I file grievance? I’m having constant problems out of this non supervisor. Thank you!

I suspect the supervisor is justified in this case. You didn't answer, someone else did.
Question is did supervisor text you, then someone else, then someone else until a response was gotten? And then called you to say never mind? What did voice message say? Or call until a response was gotten? What is start time? Things matter, but may not make a difference.

If you're not scheduled and want to work, call the morning supervisor and let them know you're available.

We had a sub who would just show up, coffee in hand, and ask supervisor if they were needed.
When the regulars would see him, they'd call dibs and go home on annual leave!

That used to work before mgmt started using a Matrix. Matrix & Seniority rules before convenience.
and be prepared for an early text or call. If you want to work, be up and ready when the call comes.
way back when, my first year as RCA, I used to hang with the regulars before they reported at 6:15 with coffee, and I usually got a day's work to fill my week with 5 or 6 days doing that. Many supes appreciate someone who actually is willing to work and do a decent job,
