Can an RCA be forced to an office outside of their own APO/RMPO for Sunday/Holiday Amazon? If not, could someone please point me to where I might find it in writing?

Thanks in advance!

It's pretty self explanatory, but let us know if you have any questions after reading.

:)

I see it says "may use" ;)

I didn't see anything regarding distance from the home office. This would be 45-50 minutes driving time one way.

Thanks so much!

Did you sign up or are you being voluntold?

If you are not on the list, then "they" are supposed to utilize ARCs 1st, list RCAs 2nd and non-list RCAs third.

If you are on the list, the MOU states that it doesn't go by office.

You may or may not have a grievance (talk to your union rep and go up the line until you get an answer), but it were me, I'd be filing mileage reimbursement.

(edit: RCA = relief carriers. because someone will hone in on the language in mou lol)

Not signed up....being forced to go starting Sunday. I'm a regular....it's not me but our RCA's. Is it possible for someone to message me? I can't get too specific on here.

Thanks!

I would call the steward or area steward if you don't have a steward and ask if a class- action grievance could be filed. Filing a grievance usually helps in finding out what is wrong or not wrong. I would ask for mileage and overtime pay since they aren't on the list in that office, money requests tend to draw attention to problems more quickly.

Big guy called our PM and told her she would send a sub to an office in our area; the thing is the subs use to work at this office, but quit doing it because they never got paid correctly.
