RCA pay for 6 day week

I've always been told as an RCA if I work a six day week on a 45k rt ans only work 6 hours a day, I will get paid for 36 hours. Can someone tell me where that is written?

Management has been known to send RCAs who are trying to stay under evaluation back out on Friday afternoon with some 1234(green card) duties to just push them slightly over 40 hours. Then the sub gets 40 hours, with 10 minutes of OT for the week, instead of 40 hours with 5 hours @ the OT rate.

Some will even falsify the 4240 (time sheet)

I can testify. I got alot of 40.5 hr weeks when i was an RCA. PM was always finding a way to screw me over. When i wised up, i only had to work 5 days a week, and sometimes got aux assistance.
