Can somehow explain to me about how the pay for RCAs is determined? I was hired on at $15.84 per hour, yet now RCAs are being hired on at $17.78 per hour, which is what I am finally now making after 4 years of working hard and doing everything that is asked of me.
I complete understand that it is a government job, but is there really no benefit to being a loyal employee for multiple years? RCAs that were hired 4 years before me make more than I do, but now anybody hired after me automatically makes the same rate, even with no experience and it just doesn't seem fair.
