Reconcile your Route Box Count

Today I was going over the numbers, compared the Route Inspection Box count sheet to the Red Book to the Case. Couldn't get it all to match up, the reason was the Red Book for the route showed two good boxes that AMS had taken to a "C" on the sheet the PM used to Inspect the Route. These are two good boxes that have never been taken to a "C".....just beware.

I know the pain, did mine yesterday and found 4, PM says I didn't do that. Of course this is my intermediate office, and 2 many fish with access, both PMs, 3 clerks and me and my PSE are the only ones who really know whats active and whats not, so updating and sending it down to match. 4 could make a big difference with this count.

I don't mean top hijack the thread but I have a question on this.

I have two addresses: 108 and 106 Anywhere St. Dark Electric owns both buildings. They used to reside in 108 and rented out 106. They now occupy both buildings. Mail is delivered to 106 <span style="text-decoration: underline">for both addresses</span>. My AMS is saying 108 should be a no-stat. Is this correct?

I have two other companies owned by the same people, located next to each other and they get all mail dropped in one box. Neither one of them is a no-stat.
