Example ....rr a reg carrier being pulled off route tomorrow at 14:20 ( already headed to OT by weeks end i.e. pre-emptive strike)   Route has new RCA (molasses) but she is not being called in to finish route...RCA next on seniority list is....is this correct?

Are rules different in xmas time?

Rules don't change.

If that is her primary route, PM must work her.

If not, that's a grievance.

"Order of Consideration" still rules. The sub can file a grievance if they are passed over. Pointing this out beforehand could refresh mgmts memory of the rules.

Yep, if you know about it beforehand, refresh their memory about who the primary is on that route.

It usually works, if it doesn't grieve it after the fact!
