It's been a HELL YEAR! Amazon has been crazy. Then count for many, then the election, the flats for christmas, now Christmas! There have been few "easy" days for me, and I'm one of the first gone and back (not bragging, it's not a race!) and usually 2 hours every day under my evaluation. NOT BRAGGING to you regulars, I realize how that screws me!
Today RED PLUM SUCKED SO BAD! So damn thick. Again, not bragging, I am damn fast. But that was going to screw me so hard core, not just me, my businesses that close early also. I get a lot of pick ups from my businesses, people elsewhere are waiting for these things, probably as gifts. But the RCAs! OH DAMN! They are just rocking it so far. We were told we wouldn't get much help today, just 1 run of parcels. The RCAs, many of them working their first Christmas, just were on the ball! I was scared when management said that, because the advo was so awful and would take up so much room in my truck (28 stacks for under 600 stops!). I did not have an easy day today, but it was not a hell on earth kind of day.
So, thinking of what to get the RCAs. Tips are coming in, and yes I share. Cold hard cash or gift cards? Nice loving note is already included.
So thank y'all. People get so stressed and sometimes it's hard to know who we are mad at. That's not an excuse, just reality. I appreciate y'all very much. But please, it's most important y'all are safe. IT IS NOT A RACE! Looks like these next couple of weeks are gonna be worse than normal, don't make it worse by hurting yourself!
