Regular route down to aux route size

My 44k has been frozen for a year, after having territory moved to an aux route. I was a 48k prior. It was barely enough to turn the aux route to an h . If that route goes back down to aux size, does that carrier go back to rca status? If not what happens?

I believe that the carrier still gets paid 40hrs and remains a regular. Your PM would have to build them back up. If they can not then the carrier has first option on any rts that become available within 50 miles.

What happens if the carrier doesn't want to have the growth? The guy comes in early and is usually loaded before he even clocks in. Very little load time. Is there a certain amount of time allowed to make the added hours on to the route?

I thought the guarantee 40hrs pay was removed after the 1st or 2nd MMS? Can someone confirm? Thanks

Here is some info on guaranteed salary. It is 40 hours at attained step and grade.
