Resign before 90 and get rehired?

PSE pays less and you fall under more abuse being in office for your entire day. If there is an office you like better, move there. They can hold you for 30 days, so, follow your written schedule and don’t answer your phone, most rcas can do that for 30 days. If questioned about not answering your calls from management, say, “I’m not a tech guy and somehow all of your numbers got blocked on my personal phone, do you have a Usps phone I can use to answer Usps calls?”
By doing this you have just shown your manager you know the Usps rules better than he does and which ones you need to follow. By the way any local management must receive permission in writing from their district manager to be able to fire any RCA at this time. That permission is only given under severe circumstances.
Do you know where I can find "By the way any local management must receive permission in writing from their district manager to be able to fire any RCA at this time. That permission is only given under severe circumstances." in writing?

I couldn’t find a letter from the PMG or Usps Vice President that says basically RCA retention is of the “upmost importance”. That has translated into permission granted from the district managers to fire Rca’s.

Okay, I am in this exact position right now. My office is so stressful and I am desperate to move out of it before 90 days. I am thinking of resigning and re applying for RCA at a smaller office. My major question is- if I do resign and apply somewhere else, do I have to go through the entire process again? The application and the fingerprinting, LLV training, orientation, academy ect ect ?
