-- For sure, the 4 items don't go in Column 23. Page 32 of the Mail Count Guide 23. ( B ) -- last sentence: Do not credit parcels that a customer refuses or are not deliverable as a parcel accepted.
-- Did any of the 4 packages have "return postage guaranteed" or other such wording?
-- Any one else??

They were 4 priority packages over 2 lbs and had return to sender on them . Thinking I️ could get credit in column 22? Maybe?
