RIMS vehicle damage?

Someone asked me today if there’s such a thing on RIMS saying their vehicle was damaged. Apparently super called them and said he was notified on scanner in RIMS.

I don't know the answer but did "someone" have vehicle damage? that would be easy to defend......
of course they would have to come out into the heat to see.

Would be funny if the messages happens when you drop the scanner and it bounces just right.

was it a scanner entry? they used to have preset responses you could send in...I'm on fire, I've been stolen, robbed, vehicle accident, stalking...

maybe a carrier accidentally sent in a vehicle accident alert.
