Route adjustment (territory gain) means both routes don’t change in evaluation after this mail survey?

I am a 46k because I gained an hour from the other route that was a 47k before the adjustment. I was told last week by PM that neither one of us will gain or lose anything after this latest mini mail survey.

Why is that?

Depending upon when the adjustment was performed, this might apply in your instance.

If there was a territory transfer both routes are frozen for next 2 mms . There will be no change in evaluation in these 2 mms . On the 3rd one onwards there could be change in evaluation if RRECS data dictates that
