How long does it take before someone is taken off the rolls so a route can be posted? It's been over a year since the regular last worked and there has not been any leave or FMLA to be used since last August. Why hasn't it been posted?
How long does it take before someone is taken off the rolls so a route can be posted? It's been over a year since the regular last worked and there has not been any leave or FMLA to be used since last August. Why hasn't it been posted?
Was the carrier injured on the job? If so, they have two years to give up their route. If no, they have one year. If it’s been over a year, file a grievance that management is putting off posting the route.
