Is that the new scanner thing we are having to do? I have many questions. For example, I tried to scan when i loaded my vehicle. It wanted me to scan my vehicle bar code. Where is my vehicle bar code on my 98 Lesabre?

Look over the RRECS Q&A, then browse the RRECS comprehensive guide for any specifics you looking for. There is also a RRECS scanning guide floating around.

However, simply start looking through this subforum first. Don't get overwhelmed as there are tons of unanswered questions regarding this thing.

Sounds like you are in the wrong menu, you are in Load Vehicle!

Go to the RRECS menu by typing in "R"

But if you wanted to use Load Vehicle, it would tell you what part of the route the package is on so that you can group them together when loading. For a POV some offices just type in (I believe its) 5 zeros and the route number!

We don't use 'Load Truck.' You have to go to the new RRECS scan section, where it is something like 'Load Vehicle'

I guarantee tons of people are gonna be confused as hell, including supervisors. What a terrible rollout of this system.
