RRECS & Postal Pulse....

It's not a secret. Usps presented rural carrier survey results to arbitrators last two rounds. Stated the surveys showed the rurals as the most satisfied craft in usps; therefore, no need to increase any wage or benefits to an already satisfied group. Arbitrator bought it. They didn't mention only 15% of people returned a survey. Notr that the survey was filled out in mgmt offices with mgmt staring at you. I'm certain that intimidated quite a few happy responses. Mgmt has been found to fill out copies for carriers, as well. Take possession of them and tear them up.
Interesting! Very interesting! ”failed to mention, only 15% responded”!!! ROFLMAO! Why am I not surprised!!!!!!

your statement, gives me reason, to actually open mine, that’s sitting at my case, tear out the barcodes, and write all over it multiple times “NULL AND VOID! NULL AND VOID! NULL AND COID” and just hand it back to boss man and say “I’ve filled it out, send er off for me”…..
(won’t do much good, the barcode will be gone, but hey)

Actually, the more I think about it, I started with the po in 2/2012. As a trc…. I started a factory job in 5/2012 (full time pay, insurance I couldn’t get with po) just to keep my head above the water of life, maintaining “my foot in the door” with the po……
Around the same time every year, the po handed out postal pulse, and my factory job handed out (I don’t remember what they called it. ?factory pulse?)
anyway, both company’s “pulse” was identical! And both companies said “it’s ananomous”…. I filled both companies out, faithfully! I believed “my word means something, anonymously.” Then, a few years later, I noticed barcodes, ON BOTH COMPANIES “pulses”. That’s when I started questioning anomity, but still faithfully filled them out…..
knowing what I know today! Barcodes on annonamous surveys?
anonymous my AZZ!

now I want to try several barcode readers just to prove they've got my number.....

Please, do! I’m one that’ll proudly admit “I was proven wrong” I’m only human! I know I’m wrong at times! I know I’m right at times! And I’m one that’ll gladly stand up, and say “im wrong! I’ve been proven wrong!” Just have the “facts” to prove me wrong!
Please, prove me wrong! I’m not very tech savvy, so I probably wouldn’t know where to begin to do what your saying!
But, please, prove me wrong! Or prove I’m right!
if I’m wrong, I’ll be the FIRST to admit it! (But I’ll also be the first in line saying “I told ya so” when facts can’t be shown I’m wrong)

Do Not Fill It Out.........The actual % of returned pulses has fallen every year and they never bring it up because the embarrassment would be too much...
It is not just rural carriers but ALL employees who are fed up with the usps line of bull who refuse to be part of their game...

I was just thinking that the timing of these coming out was wonky. But it might be on purpose. If all they get back are positive responses, they will use them against us again, since the percentage they get back doesn't seem to matter to an arbitrator.

Oh look.... they all say RRECS is great.... or, nobody turned them in, so they must not be that pi$$ed off.... we can't win.... it's a rigged system.... 🤷‍♂️👎:poop:🔥

Last time usps gave out postal pulse figures they tried to spin good news but a little math shows how pathetic usps's pulse is..
148,396 total responses were 25% of folks who were given the pulse. so total of mailed out = 593,584
27% of respondersn said they were "engaged".27% of 148,396 =40,066
40,066 divided by 593,584 is less than 7%..
Therefore less than 7% of eligible pulse voters think usps is engaged...

Do Not play usps game...Do not reply to the Postal Pulse Survey..

You have to wonder how much money they waste on that bull :poop:.

They have hire people to come up with those cockamamie question, pay to print those things up, have them moved to each office, hire a private company...Gallup IIRC, and those folks don't come cheap...to tabulate the results, etc etc. That has to add up to a several million dollars...at least.
