RRECS Scan Report

Did access to the RRECS Scan Report change or the form it comes in? The PM used to be able to print months worth of the report that also included the dates. Now I've only been given 1 sheet, without dates and only for a 2-week period.
I know I've read that this report isn't a requirement to give the carriers but how the heck do we know if any scans are done when we have a day off. I have a brand new sub on the route and I'd like to make sure he's doing the scans.
Why does this have to be so hard to make sure we're being paid properly?

All of it was to be available online through the NRLCA website as part of the original implementation of RRECS. Due to the Union choosing to not follow thru and defend the craft's interests, we have to rely on management to produce any sort of documentation and we cannot even verify if it is legit.

The constant MDD issues make the odds of records uploading correctly a gamble anyway so don't blame a sub for management's inadequacies or outright sabotage.

I'm not looking to blame the sub but if they want the carrier to be involved in training the sub that's information that we should have. The PM delivered my route a few weeks ago and Return to Unit and Clock out were 2 minutes apart. I only know that because it was written on the 4240.

Your office should have a daily Radar report printed for all carriers to see. This will have Dps#'s flats, machine raw, and % coverages. These sheets should be kept and used as data when mini count disputes are needed. Other info, like times, #'s of parcels etc. Are accessible from your manager but you will have e to request it.
