-- On the plus side, you get the next regular route ahead of any other RCA's ( who may actually be senior to you ). However, if multiple routes go up for bid at the same time, you better get up to speed on electronic bidding!

-- You will run assigned K routes. But there are numerous other "job opportunities" in your future. Check pages 47, 49, and 50 of the current contract for such "opportunities". And of course if manglement gives you a direct order, obey it.
-- Keep a spread sheet at home to track your work hours to determine that you are getting paid properly, especially for any additional duties - and keep those pay stubs!
