Scheduling

I have a question about the schedule. From what I know, scheduling subs are based on seniority. I have seniority over a few people on the list, but they all are scheduled more than I am. If I’m scheduled 2 days, they’ll be scheduled 3-5 (& it’s not their primary route), and I’ll be on call and called in every single day after between 8:30 to 10:30. Its frustrating when they tell me I just have to carry, but when I go in i end up having to case beforehand because nothing or some is done. As of result I’ll be out late.

Is there something that can be done? I’m losing motivation to answer the calls.

Trying to make it- you did not say if you have the matrix established in your office as it should be. If not it needs to be done ASAP.
