So if your counter did not go to count class any greivance?

PM is counting me, didn't go to count class, has no clue what is going on, is constantly on the phone with clerk in another office who did go to class, any greivance if this count doesn't go well for me.  I have email at work, so I get all the emails sent by district and saw one this am that said all counters must have gone to count school.

So far the numbers are looking in my favor, but its way too soon to tell.

Hold that over his head, use it any time you don't get something added in that you want. You could say at that time " Well, I think i should have that time added in, and if you don't do it, I'll just have the count thrown out, because you didn't get the training that you were supposed to before count, and the denial of this time is proof of it".

--  Upon further review, instead of holding his non-attendance to count training over his head, I'd keep it in his face.

--  To sweeten it more, keep the 2018 Mail Count Guide at the case so you point to a "problem" and say "Pretty sure THIS would have been covered at count school."   ( or words to that effect )

--  Keep your ADR on speed dial so when something comes up, you can hand the phone to the PM and say "Here, the ADR wants to talk to you."

PS --  And after a few of those calls, maybe the POOM will be calling the PM.  ( here's hoping! )
