This is the new thing with the plant here. Just do half +@$%@ job. Constantly getting trays full of Sam's Club, Costco, Progressive, Viking club vacation, and so on for every town and ours will be in their instead of dps or tub flats. This happens constantly weekly. Send them once and come back same way most of the time. So now massive pile of raw mail. I bet RRECS paid me for this.

I am very sure I got fairly counted for all of these. NOT!!!

I'm betting the post office don't see a problem here.

Are you checking to see if this "stuff" is showing up on the RADAR under NLM / cased letters ? Look at the tag on the trays when you get these. Also, what is the ECR on these ? WSH ? WSS ?

I didn't see tray it was in. It was a tray full of our whole office route in order. All city and my rural. Clerk had to go through and grab out each routes. That is done before we get to the office.

They were tagged WSH on letter and some in DPS.

If I were still working and that happened to me I would at least enter them as a boxholder or WSS on the scanner. We did have days where Val-Pak's came in not in DPS but in their own trays so that's how it was handled.

I didn't say this but we also a couple of times just threw stuff like that into the outgoing mail so it would come back to us in DPS.:ROFLMAO::rolleyes:

have been told numerous times to take it for a ride and do exactly this. Most weeks it comes in dps PM knows this. Hence the mandate, I do have good management.

Sadly it wasn't full coverage. About 350ish of 560 box route. It was WSH.

The issue is our plant does this :poop::poop::poop::poop::poop: all the time and at some point PM just gives up because we will send it back and guess what? Show back up again as our whole town in order for each route. It happens with Costco, Sam's, those travel guide, water bills (they stay in house because of it), and other things. There's NO CHANCE RRECS CAN ACCOUNT FOR THIS STUFF

Yeah , I kinda' figured that. Since they were not processed at the plant, they won't be on the RADAR. And since the PO cannot show where we are receiving credit for WSH flats AND letters, we're not getting credit for those. Also, since the coverage factor is and never was working as it is supposed to be as well as what we were told, we aren't even getting credit for a service stop should that mailing you showed be the only piece of mail the customer receives. Granted, DPS credit by itself is almost nonexistent but having those in DPS would be "some" credit which is more than the WSH credit which is nothing. Also, with the coverage factor based on DPS, those letters would have helped out on the coverage factor. This COULD be why they were not run in DPS. You could request a DPS Quantity review but be prepared to wait when you prevail. I did one right after the very first RRECS evaluations took effect and our management didn't even do the review. I filed on it and I'm "hearing" those review grievances are at Step 4. That was 3 years ago when I filed. So, that FIRST review would have put my DPS from the 86.7 ppm to 15.5 for the previous 52 weeks. Then, I filed AGAIN after the second MMS so I would have 26 weeks of the reversion still hanging on my evaluation. Don't allow the loyalists to tell you that reviews don't matter anymore and that the percentages are for the whole year and all of that other rhetoric. If / when you read The Bloch Award, it clearly states that the percentage of raw to DPS is set at the time of count. Not all year or anything like that. When we perform the MMS, THAT time period , usually 12 days , sets the percentage of raw to DPS. That is the number you would be reviewing. Yes, the next MMS would reset the percentage BUT because the previous 52 weeks are used, you would still benefit from prevailing in a DPS review. The initial 52 weeks of reversion from DPS to raw ( no sector segment in RRECS ) and then after the second MMS , 26 of the reversion.

Then you need to take the stuff and put it in a blue collection box. This way it is mixed in with all the rest of the mail and it will go through DPS.

Don’t send stuff back in trays or rubber banded bundles, they will not dps them, you will get the ray or bundle back.

Sadly we have done everything and it takes 3+ plus tries to make it work which just ruins the point and now it mostly stays because of this.

Just issues that never seen to occur until RRECS started and now it is costing carrier time and money. They need to fix these plants and tell them to do their job.
