Special count- new evaluation

My original eval was 42.
Did DPS review, went to 44.
Did mail count came out 45.
So which eval did I need to move two hours from (+/-)
To change my eval? I'm thinking the 42 after dps review?

Special count needs to be 2 hour difference to change eval I thought. I'm wondering if they are going off my original eval when I was awarded the route or my eval after DPS review

Travelingmailman and all this is from Article 9 regarding special counts :
1) When circumstances have negated the validity
of the latest count and evaluation. No
salary adjustments will be made as a result of
the count unless the evaluation of the route is
changed by 120 minutes (2 hours) or more.

So, look at the CURRENT standard hours, then look at the count result standard hours, if the difference IS NOT 2 hours or more either way , up or down, you DO NOT change.

2 hour (120 minutes) difference of standard hours, not evaluation.
This is listed in a Step 4 from 2008.
You can change from a 42k to 44k & still not have the 120 minutes required.

Traveling Duane, good thing is you are still on S/S so you don't have DPS to be forced to the street with during Christmas. Doesn't it make you mad that in order to get a special count, you have to fail a dps review. Then get the count and go up 3 or 4 hours from previous count and yet not get paid the extra hour because route didn't change by 120 minutes? Same thing happened to me several years back. But one route in office lost 110 minutes and would have dropped 2 hours, but didn't change either.

I've encountered several raw deals in the short give years in the meat grinder here. I'm ok with the 52:44, even though count was 53:46ish.
The machine did divert amazon & surepost plus fed ex disappeared all together.
Could have lost big time.
