spm credit

is there documentation that show what time should be put in our "R" time I have read here it should be 35 seconds and 18 seconds for delayed spm our supervisor claims he does not know what value should be used is there something in writing I can show him thanks for any answer

35 seconds for each delivery point sample alert/work order which requires scanning of one or mail mail pieces ( annotated as letter "D" )

18 seconds for each delivery point sample alert/work order for which there is no scanning, regardless of whether the task requires one, two, or four additional key strokes ( annotated as letter "A" )

70 seconds for each collection mail work order ( annotated as letter "C" )

yes its on the rural carrier mail guide but I mean something like a MOU because as we all know are guide can say a rock is rock and the post office can say it is a pebble and R time is what we call stuff that goes in column 17

Am I understanding correctly that a collection box is 70 seconds? If that is what it is I am being short changed because I am only getting 30 seconds.

That'sm if you have to do an SPM at a collection box.
