Staying under 40

I know that an RCA working 5 days on their primary route gets paid full evaluation if they stay under 40 hours for the week, and gets paid actual hours if they work over 40.
How does an RCA get paid in the following situations?

Situation 1. RCA works four days on their primary and one day on their secondary.

Situation 2. RCA works 5 days on their primary and one day on their secondary.

Thanks in advance for your help.

5 days on say a 45K (7 hours worked each day)
5 hours on Sunday.

40 hours worked 50 hours paid, all straight time.

Work 1 extra minute on any one of those days then you're paid 40 hours straight time and 1 minute at time and a half. That one minute cost you about $175.
This happened to a friend. I write down my hours and make sure this does not happen to me......gotta get to work....later guys....

Its happened to me before also! I was in good shape going into Friday ( I was not working ), than was called in to cover primary Route on Friday to cover a sick call. Ended up working about 5 hours for free out of the almost 9 that I worked!

If you are just a couple hours below 40 by Thursday night, and your eval you would get paid is a good 43+ I wouldn’t have answered my phone that morning. Mgt knows you will be working for free. I got played like that once. Got called in for small 3 hr aux, two steps in the door smiling PM said “oh I’m sorry, I meant the 48K route is down, someone else is doing aux”. ???. Worked about 6 hrs for free. Asshole gloated about it. That’s awesome genius, cuz you will be talking to the answering machine from now on, AND your phone number is blocked from my cell so have fun with that.
