I'm a newish RCA and I usually just work Saturday's. If the regular guy takes a day off, does the day automatically go to me, or can they give it to someone else? Do they have to call ME first?

How does it work on a J Route? Regular takes Saturday off LWOP, one RCA is Designed 72 5/0. We have one senior RCA on a K Route and one other RCA not assigned to a route, who does it go to? It's been a continuous LWOP every Saturday from the regular.
