I don't expect anyone here to remember but about a year ago I posted a thread about a supervisor (204b) harassing me for about two weeks on and off the clock. With the help of some on here I did file a grievance and won. Yesterday she is back only this time applied for the supervisor position and got it. So as of right now I plan on doing nothing but my job as usual. Per the grievance, with some help from you guys here, I requested she only speaks to me in writing. At the time my union steward was 100% on board with it but that was her last day as the steward. A new guy took over the next day and told me she could talk to me even though she agreed to my demands only talking to me in writing (the harassment was so unwarranted and nonstop is the reason I demand that). So I'm looking for a little advice for others who been in situations like this or have many more years in the system. As of now I plan on doing nothing but what should I just be on the look out for or what? I'm hoping I'm left alone and others in the office that usually file grievances for everything just do it and get her moved at some point. I guess perhaps if she does cause trouble with me again not only can I file a grievance against that (second violation) but on the office as well for bringing back a known hostile worker back into the office?
Thanks for any help or guidance
