Supervisor harrassment

I don't expect anyone here to remember but about a year ago I posted a thread about a supervisor (204b) harassing me for about two weeks on and off the clock. With the help of some on here I did file a grievance and won. Yesterday she is back only this time applied for the supervisor position and got it. So as of right now I plan on doing nothing but my job as usual. Per the grievance, with some help from you guys here, I requested she only speaks to me in writing. At the time my union steward was 100% on board with it but that was her last day as the steward. A new guy took over the next day and told me she could talk to me even though she agreed to my demands only talking to me in writing (the harassment was so unwarranted and nonstop is the reason I demand that). So I'm looking for a little advice for others who been in situations like this or have many more years in the system. As of now I plan on doing nothing but what should I just be on the look out for or what? I'm hoping I'm left alone and others in the office that usually file grievances for everything just do it and get her moved at some point. I guess perhaps if she does cause trouble with me again not only can I file a grievance against that (second violation) but on the office as well for bringing back a known hostile worker back into the office? 🤷‍♂️ Thanks for any help or guidance

Yeah....been there done that. Go above your current rep if they are not going to support your current won grievances, and file more with monetary fees attached to escalate the penalties. I have, and it's very effective, but first, you have to get the union to do its job....good luck with that. Maybe look at eeo's, and dont forget department of labor, there are other options, somewhat time consuming but effective some times. Take extensive notes, and if you record conversations between you, and this person, be very, very careful if done on the clock, it can get you fired. However off the clock, she is fair game. Make sure your state allows recording, because some dont. Mine does, and it saved my bacon several times. Po mgmt is STUPID, so be prepared.
