I've really enjoyed having Rca's and an ARC to help this year. The RCA's have all been getting 50 -60 hours/week and the Arcs are also. Delivering mail has been like the old days pre-Amazon. Its like I have my old USPS JOB back and not my "second job" for Amazon that I do for free.

I was sorta looking forward to you telling us how you got the mngt bozos to carryover those days above 55.... but I suppose getting them off this year is the next best thing...

Well thanks. Sitting here waiting for the phone to ring. Its Friday, and the Regs are over on hours. I've been a little down about all the free hours I've put in the last couple months --due to Amazon being dumped on us post-mailcount. Seems like an unfair labor practice.

I'm thankful, though, to have a Regular that really watches out for me, and coordinates everything well. Great co-workers, too. Couldn't do it without that in place.

I've been working 70 hours a week since the beginning of December, and over 40 hours a week since August. I'm exhausted. My 7-year old and 11-year old want mommy to quit her job because they never see me. I thought it would get better next week, but apparently not. I'm scheduled every day except Christmas day.

I am an RCA also, and understand your pain, however your children will benefit from you becoming regular, my advice is do not bail now, Christmas is so stressful anyway , wait and reevaluate things in mid January.
