I'm a bit confused about the chart, are things like parcel lockers, collection compartments, 3821 forms 2 minutes or a minute per DAY or per WEEK?

Parcel Lockers are 2 minutes per WEEK
Collection compartments are 1 minute per WEEK
3821 Forms are 2 minutes per EACH DAY that one is used. If you have multiple CODs, then multiple 3821s are to be credited as one form for each COD.

Thanks guys. Thought I hit the jackpot for a minute there. I have 48 parcel lockers and 30 collection boxes. 2 minutes and 1 minute per DAY would have been nice. Wishful thinking. Also, thanks to everyone answering my questions during the count, it's my first as a regular and I'm trying to get the most out of it. 
junkchucker wt al -- Once again, my bad -- didn't go all the way over on the 4241-M. The number crunching averages things out.
-- A tip of the hat to "gotstamps" for pointing out COD's get their own 3821.
-- Probably will be some office debates whether an 3821 should be used if the route only has a gas card and / or arrow key ( Step 4 ( K-11.50) says "yes" ) for the day.

Our PM is giving credit for the 3821 for arrow key and gas card since we sign each item out. The key is getting an "Acct" credit when no other Accountables are received. We are also getting an "Acct" credit for the gas card. This takes care of the "fuel up around 1/2 tank" rule. No argument from me ?
