You should only have one volume factor now as it is. You get the territory at its' value from the route(s) which the territory came.

Well, I just input my numbers for the last 9 days and according to the chart (I'm not sure I'm reading it right), I should be an auxiliary route. Looking back at last years count, I have almost 800 less "Letter Size" (raw mail I'm guessing) and I have 3 days left to get almost 4000 more pieces of DPS. Not going to happen. I have almost 2000 less flats than I had last time. The only things I have going for me this time is carrier pickup requests, pickups and 2 daily dismounts. I was feeling somewhat optimistic before I ran the numbers.

I would double check entries and data. Any mistake could make a big difference. Do the numbers make sense?
Are you using the NRLCA calculator? If so, you need to change the "weeks counted" box to 1.5 instead of 2 . If you are using 9 days.
The calculators on this site ( Calculators, scroll down) automatically adjust for the number of days. The calculators will also tell you the evaluation without having to cross reference with the chart.
Double kudos for your count calculator efforts. It kept thousands in my pocket last count. ??

2 - 0 Sector Segment
3 - 7824 DPS (Yikes I know!)
4 - 3048 Flats ( thank gosh for politics)
5 - 0
6 - 434 Parcels (lost 150 a day thanks to amazon starting last minute deliveries)
7 - 0 Boxholders
8 - 31 Accountable items
9 - 0 customs due
10 - 1 Postage due
11 - 0 changeof address
12 - 2 PARS
13 - 83 markups
14 - 0 Form 3821
15 - 1054 (again lost 150 a day!)
16 - 87:14 Load time
17 - 123:26 Other time
18 and 19 - 0 Dismounts/Distance
20 - 287 collections
21 - 6 Carrier pickups requests
22 - 241 pickup items
23 - 183 parel accepted
24 - 2 certified accepted

Looking at count calculator it says a 4.32 MVF, I dont know how, but I would be jumping for joy if true.
I have had to fight for many of the items to be counted and added in, and with many thanks to this place and the people on here I have had all the info I needed to win the arguments.

Immediately get credit for the 3821 clearance forms. That is 12 minutes a week. Don't give up those minutes.
You are loading in less than 10 minutes a day? Are you taking multiple loads to vehicle? Try not to load gurney too high( nothing over eyeline) as that is considered unsafe for seeing over objects and you could injure yourself or others when pushing the gurney. Are you getting culling time to sort collection mail? Is your counter stopping the clock for any timed function? If they are, they must inform you so you can discuss whether it's legit or not. I always tell carriers to time their functions with the counter and verify the times being given. Less than 10 minutes seems a little fast for current parcels.

If the numbers are for 9 days. Averaging less than 50 parcels a day. OP said no more Amazon.

You can get creative and write your arrow keys as a clearance item. But, in all likelihood, getting timed to wait for a clerk to give the keys to will be longer time.
I hope you are getting your average stand-up time included in count. It should be a minimum of 5 minutes a week. If you have timed stand-ups all year and can show longer times, those would come into play.

Thanks. I was just pointing out that your loading time seems reasonable to me with the parcel volume you currently have.
