A: RCA voluntarily goes to another office under another PM for work at that location. Do they get mileage reimbursed as they are not at their home office?

B: RCA works in a manner that gets mileage reimbursed, are those documents filed and turned in at the home office or the recieving office?

B Home office is where you turn it in.

A RCA would get the difference in mileage from their home to other office if greater.

Example: The other office is 30 miles away. It is 10 miles to drive to home office. You can the round trip of 60 miles and subtract 20 miles. So this person can claim 40 miles.

Example: The other office is 20 miles away. It is 25 miles to drive home office. In this case, there is no reimbursement since other office is closer than the home office.

Unless things have changed since I was RCA, this is how it was.
