Well yeah that is St. Patty's day maybe they will announce it the 16th and take a 3 day weekend to let the backlash from the 30 percent die down a little.

Now this I got from the comprehensive guide to nrlca rrecs guide to evaluation page 66
7. Random Letters
The letters that would be counted under the current system as Random or “Raw” have
been divided in to two categories under RRECS:
a. The number of average weekly Random (Raw) Letters determined during a
designated mail count period of two weeks is multiplied by 0.0647 minutes each
(S004) which is the equivalent of 15.45 letters per minute. Random letters will
include those worked manually by a local clerk and not processed on any
automated equipment, those letters brought back from the street out of DPS
mail and any other mailings received outside of DPS that are not WSS or
Boxholders. The engineers determined that this number should be relatively
small for most routes and the effect of having only a 2‐week count would be
statistically insignificant.
Why does this say this in RRECS guide and the postal service trying to not pay us. Is this going to be grieved?

Is what going to be grieved? The DPS pulls were remedied by last day of count so as long as you kept track then the numbers were to be added to those days.
If mgmt didn’t correct the error then a dispute should have been filed & it would corrected by now.
