One of the regulars told me when you turn career, you go by a different date to withdraw your dues than the one when you FIRST FIRST joined the USPS and the union. I finally found my elusive date on liteblue from when I was hired on as an RCA. Just to clarify, this is the correct date for my withdrawal of dues letter, correct?

And for anyone curious, I found it on eOPF.

one of your regulars is absolutely incorrect. you don't rejoin when you become regular. 😂 😂 😂

doesn't matter what designation you were when you joined, what matters is the date of your application. and yes, that is the date you must meet to withdraw your membership.
