I'm not a fan of the new PMG. He's definitely less quality concerned than DeJoy was.
DeJoy was trying to build a customer base with products and efficiency. Not everything worked being translated from private to public sector for him. I think the new guy will be gone within 18 months. He has terrible presence in front of media and dismissive to Congress. Not attributes that play well.

It is intentional, well documented and prevalent in all areas. We here in NY see it a lot, our state is so overrun with corruption though nobody even notices how bad the Postal Service is. For intelligent employees though management's ignorance and doubling down of their failed decisions is on shameless display. The American people and government should not stand for it.

City carriers cant complete routes without getting OT? Despite mail volume being down by nearly 50% in some areas.
Clerks are being told to sit in the break room for 8 hours and do nothing? Yeah I am sure they are objecting to that.

That's the issue.
These city carriers ABUSE the hourly thing. I understand that there will be some days they will still get OT, but if you are getting OT several days a week (without pivoting a route or someone leaving early) something else is wrong.
My route has lost 5 hours in last 2 and half years. Is my route fairly evaluated???? I would say it is close, but it should be high 44 to low 45. But in my office where flats show up basically 2 days a week and DPS you never know what you will get, it is just crazy.
