Vacant over 90 days incorrect on 4240

Is anyone else's vacancies over 90 days inaccurate? Pm has zero answer for me. It says i have 197 vacancies over 90 days , I have a couple dozen tops! Who is in charge of fixing this?
Edit: I just checked with a half dozen other carriers; half of them have either a crazy number like mine or 0. Both are ridiculous.

You have the topic as " incorrect on 4240" . Have you looked at your actual edit book and see what it says as vacant ? Also, have a look at your digital edit book on end of shift time , of course.
