We have an RCA opening in our office -- would love to have an experienced RCA transfer in. If s/he has a year of service by November, that RCA will most likely move into a 42K (probably 43K after next count) route by the end of the year because I'm retiring and neither of the other two rural carriers say they want to change routes. The one RCA in the office doesn't have enough time in. Post office is on the Oregon coast -- great climate other than rainy winters. POV required.
