We lost any hope in the union helping us

The only way the Usps or the union will hear us is if we strike.
I’m very surprised to hear myself say that, but to have our work “Requirements” and method of pay shown to be as ridiculous as they are, we need an “intervention” with Congress and the Usps, the NRLCA leaders can serve the drinks 🍻. If the American public knew what we do and how we are paid, in Amazon drop areas, things would change, because we are (as said in another post) Usps slaves.
 
I’ve contacted news outlets and I guess they don’t think the public will feel sorry for us. The ones that still come in under evaluation are the ones the public will see and we won’t get any sympathy.
The ones that have just increased their speed just so they can keep up, no sympathy.
They just don’t understand how we change the way we work so we can become more efficient!
That was one of the reasons I enjoyed this job.
I felt that if I worked smarter and faster I could do this job efficiently,I’m brainwashed too.
Now I just feel like I’m just being abused!
I run around like a chicken with it’s head cut off now.
I always preached to my subs “ If you are a great sub they will abuse you.”
Now I’m the one who should be listening to my own advice 🫤
It would be interesting to see who is under evaluated as opposed to over evaluated.
I think there is definitely more under evaluated, that is why the USPS keeps agreeing to the postponement's.
I guess we’ll never know and will continue to work for peanuts. 😩

I'm not convinced that any type of strike would change the minds of the (select) NSS employees or (select) retirees from casting the same bandwagon vote at the National Convention.

If there is any momentum on that thought, they'll just remix the rationale on the PAC argument on how we're always "within arm's reach of success" over some imaginary villain. 🤷‍♂️

Considering the RMSS auto-scheduling feature, maybe all the schedules in any given district will soon become auto-populated with "available" leave replacements within the local travel radius. 🤔

I believe our voices would be heard if every carrier would only work required evaluation and standards from 2018 count, or whenever last counted. No more second trips, no more staying out past evaluation and no more after dark delivery. This would mean 3849 for a mass amount of pkges. Public may not want to hear our woes, but when it starts hitting them… they will listen
 
Can someone elaborate on the rmss auto scheduling? I’ve never heard of it. Is it software that auto-makes the schedule based on the matrix etc? I always thought that should be the way the schedule should be made from the day I started working here. USPS has always been far behind in terms of software.

If that starts happening I won’t last long as an rca. Nor will a vast majority of rcas left if my area. most of us work 6-30+ days before a day off as is.

That is ALL of it right there !!! I know YOU are a delegate as are quite a few on this very forum and there ARE some qualified delegates out there that are NOT on this forum. However, and I've stated this before, there are nowhere near enough of you to really make a tangible difference. I appreciate the good fight, effort, challenging, appealing, questioning, checking, verifying, etc. that is executed by yourself and "the others" . I use the term "others" because that is how "we" are viewed by those behind the curtain. Anyhow, if we keep sending the same delegates , generally speaking as I have excluded the warriors, we will continue to elect the same officers and , in turn, continue to painfully suffer from the same results. Think this is all MY view ? WRONG !! Everyone just look at your state and the delegates from therein that "represented" you at National. Then , look at the officers that were elected. It's that simple. All of this IS documented. It all is a matter of fact !!

That has been a thing in my area for awhile but they aren't using it.
